Peter attended the Desert Sun School in 1978.

After boarding school, Peter returned to Los Angeles.  He went to Santa Barbara City College and majored in Hotel Restaurant Management.  From there, he worked in the restaurant business for a while and then went to work with his father in the construction business building high-end, custom residential homes in the L.A. area for the next eleven years.

When the Northridge Earthquake hit in 1994, Peter activated his general contractor’s license and started a business remodeling damaged homes. After the first year, Peter obtained his "A" license (general engineer) and started a paving and grading business.  This business did very well for about five years at which time he decided that the dash for cash was not for him.  "Peter's paving" was shut down in 2000 and he moved back to the Santa Cruz Mountains to live a more simple stress free life among the Redwoods of Northern California and re-access his priorities.

In July of 2003 Peter obtained his California and Washington state real estate license and moved to Sequim, Washington for one year. After getting his feet wet in the real estate business in Washington state where he was the top producing rookie and number four among all agents in the area in gross sales, Peter moved back home to Marina Del Rey and has found a permanent home at Venice Properties selling real estate in Venice beach and the west side from Malibu to Manhattan beach.

Peter has remained unmarried.  He enjoys playing golf, mountain biking, motorcycle rides sailing, snow and water-skiing and continues to follow his dreams.
