Richard is the son of Desert Sun School founders Eddie and Dickie Elliott. Richard served on the DSS board of trustees after Dickie passed away until the school closed in 1990. Richard lives near Mountain Center, California. He has two sons, Rick and Ned.  Return to the Desert Sun Home Page
